What type of exercises will I be doing?
A. Our workouts consist of a balance of strength, cardio, agility, and speed exercises. Don’t worry we meet you where you are! All of our workouts can be amended to fit your skill level. We will be guiding you through this entire journey!
What type of equipment do you use in your workouts?
A. We use a variety of different equipment to help our members achieve desired results. Some of the equipment we use includes: Dumbbells, Rowing Machines, TRX, Resistance Bands, Speed Ladder, Agility Square, Battle Ropes, Hurdles, and Bosu Balls.
Where are you located?
A. We are conveniently located at 14219 Reese Blvd Suite C-2, Huntersville, NC 28078. Right off Interstate 77 at Exit 23 – Gilead Road in the Publix shopping center
How long are the workouts?
A. Total workout time is 45 minutes
How does the schedule work?
A. We have a class-based schedule at TEAL Fitness. We only ask that you schedule your workout at least 1-hour before the workout start time. We will be there to guide and coach you through your entire workout!
Can I try it out first before signing up?
A. Yes, we are currently offering a FREE week of workouts to all new potential members. No obligations and unlimited workouts for a 7-day trial!
Is there a long term commitment?
A. No, we offer month-to-month and package style plans. We just ask that you give us a 30-day written notice before canceling your monthly plan.
